Midnight Project - Just: Hefeweizen

The basis of everything and anything. The foundation on which modern brewing rests. The base, as they say nowadays. These are all different definitions of the same beer that started the craft revolution. We're continuing a lineup where we want to highlight certain styles in their pristine form. A wheat beer with flavours of banana and clove. Recognisable and loved by all for its sunny straw colour, sweet wheat flavour and beautiful foamy cap. Everything here is calibrated and the goal is the same - to enjoy the beer.
