Midnight Project - Just: Doppelbock

The basis of everything and anything. The foundation on which modern brewing rests. The base, as they say nowadays. These are all different definitions of the same beer that started the craft revolution. We're continuing a lineup where we want to highlight certain styles in their pristine form. Doppelbock is one of the strongest German beers and literally means "double glass of beer". The flavour has a pronounced maltiness and moderate bitterness.
