Midnight Project - Just: Czech Pilsner

The basis of everything and anything. The foundation on which modern brewing rests. The base, as they say nowadays. These are all different definitions of the same beer that started the craft revolution. We're continuing a lineup where we want to highlight certain styles in their pristine form. A classic low fermentation pilsner - nothing superfluous, just sincerely Czech motifs. Light Czech malt, decoction mashing, traditional Czech hops and the desire not to deviate from the canons of the classics - a proven recipe for a golden pilsner with a rich hop bitterness.
