Midnight Project - Just: Berliner Weisse

The basis of everything and anything. The foundation on which modern brewing rests. The base, as they say nowadays. These are all different definitions of the same beer that started the craft revolution. We're continuing a lineup in which we want to highlight certain styles in their pristine form. Berliner Weisse is a low-alcohol, tart, sour wheat beer that originated in 16th century Northern Germany. It is often served with flavoured syrup.
