Our "SEEHIRSCH" surprised us with a silver medal at the prestigious international Meiningers Craft Beer Award 2019 and continues to impress us with the incredible variety of flavours from the four hop varieties. It flies into the glass bright and delicious and smells of flowery geranium, fruity passion fruit and grapefruit, but there are also flavours from the forest such as pine, pine and honey. A flavour bomb that is finely balanced by the creaminess of the foam and the pleasant bitterness of a member of the IPA family - a real dragon!
