Oud Beersel - Juniper Infused Lambic

Infusing lambic with the juniper berry is an ode to the Belgian and Dutch jenever culture and the modern gin. Used mainly in northern European and particularly Scandinavian cuisine, the juniper flavor in the lambic will be great for pairing with meat dishes, especially game meats and wild birds and with traditional winter dishes like choucroute.
