Beer description
A new summer beer that references Brazilian innovations from overseas. Their "micro" interpretation of the style includes the use of some low fermentation techniques to create a strong product with plenty of hops (Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook) and easy drinkability. Rice is added to the classic malt grist to give it body while maintaining the desired dryness. Pale golden color with notes of tropical and white flowers on the nose, slender body and easy to drink. The dry and bitter taste makes it the perfect beer for summer heat.
