With this production, they have pushed the boundaries of our brewery to new horizons and inspirations. With its impenetrable black color and creamy foam, this meditative Imperial Stout expresses its entire complexity in a massive body, with various nuances of toast, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and alcoholic fruits. The long aging process first in steel and then in barrels/casks enhances its extreme smoothness and silkiness.
