Beer description
Anglo-Saxon style beer with the addition of maple syrup. The nose reveals heady malt aromas, topped with hints of red fruit (currant and plum), biscuits, caramel and wood. Maple syrup, together with the light use of oats, gives it a particular softness and silkiness. The taste is as simple as it is varied in nuances, it harmonizes an excellent balance with an extreme drinkability.
Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pale, Monaco, Carared, Biscuit), maple syrup, flaked oats, hops (Pearls, Bramling Cross), yeast (US-05).
Suggested pairings: bacon and scrambled eggs, pancakes, gricia half sleeves, roast chicken.
