Jungle Juice Cotton Candy

Straw yellow beer, inspired by the blancas of the Belgian tradition with some variations and an extra boost. Despite the high alcohol content, it gives a pleasant, intense and flowing drink given by a mix of very characteristic yeasts (belgian wit, french saison). Wheat and Oats accompany the drink giving freshness and softness. The floral and fruity scents of the yeasts are completed with the notes given by the spiciness based on orange peel, coriander and Sichuan pepper, for an intoxicating and enveloping aromatic profile.
