Beer description
A new challenge in connection with her passion for the production of low-fermentation beers in the German tradition. A beer that stands out for its use of cold-roasted malts, which shape its color and organoleptic balance. In the glass, it has a black color with ruby reflections and a compact beige foam. The aromatic notes of roasted bread and hazelnut are subtly intertwined with the subtle and fragrant herbaceous vein of the hops used, making the drink pleasant and not trivial, balanced by a moderate malty sweetness.
