Xmas Beer 2023 is inspired by the best Belgian Christmas beers. A blend of Trappist and saison yeasts, fermented at various temperature stages, releases an explosion of candied fruits, peach and apricot essences. With a creamy white foam and a yellow to amber color, it reveals warm alcoholic notes on the palate and an intoxicating scent of cookies and dried fruits.
