Beer description
Julieta pays homage to Julia, celiac, since she was five and daughter of Isla Verde's brewer, insisting that her father create a delicious beer she can drink. After years of testing, recipes and a special brewing process, Julieta Golden Ale and Julieta Dark Ale are born gluten-free, the latter being the first black gluten-free beer in Spain. These are special beers, hand-made beer (high fermentation) and different from gluten-free beer of the Pils type, which currently dominates the market. Julieta is not pasteurized and undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, giving it a fresh taste and natural carbonation. This translucent golden ale with its fine hop flavor and fruity, floral and herbaceous nuances breaks with the usual trend towards gluten-free beer and its classification in almost a single style. Crowned by an attractive white foam, Julieta is a novel and other contribution by Cervezas Isla Verde to the celiac diet, with which she wants to surprise.
Julieta Golden Ale

Ein schön goldiges Ale mit feinem Schaum und rundem Geschmack. Nicht ganz so kräftig wie die 5,5% vermuten lassen.
