Our friends from AléAlé asked us to dance and we gladly accepted the invitation. From Galicia they brought 80 litres of water from the Rías Baixas, which gives this IPA a light and interesting salty nuance. We put in the wheat, Aragón 03 variety, which adds a special body and flavour. All topped off with a fruity combo of Sabro, Idaho 7, El Dorado and HBC 586 hops.
