You can't refuse this dessert, can you? Name We take you back to the Middle Ages. Many craftsmen were members of a guild, an association of people who practiced the same profession. To become a member, the craftsmen made a masterpiece to demonstrate their skills. This work was assessed on the basis of skill, technique and creativity. In honor of Saint Martin, the patron saint of the Haarlem brewers' guild, we brew a masterpiece every year.
