Beer description
We are pleased to announce the release of a brand new beer - Mr. Mingo, a farmhouse beer with roselle hibiscus. The inspiration was to create a simple beer with a subtle complement. To make Mr. Mingo, we brewed a simple season with barley and wheat from Blacklands Malt and raw Texas Hill Country water from our local well. We added hibiscus flowers at the end of the cooking process and later jumped dry with more. In total, we consumed about 1 pound of hibiscus per barrel.
