Beer description
A hybrid of strong dark Belgian and Flemish ales, aged in wine casks with raspberries.
Dark malts form a dry base with tones of Belgian chocolate, while a special yeast strain imposes its subtle spicy imprint. The Flemish ale was aged for several years in wine casks and then decanted with a "classic base". A few months of infusion with whole raspberries and the result is in the bottle!
