Japas Cervejaria - Sawā Yuzu

Sawā is the Japanese translation for “sour”, and this beer is interpretation of this refreshing style of beer. In this version of Sawā we added Yuzu, a Japanese citrus of sharp acidity and extremely aromatic, reminiscent of Sicilian lemon, mandarin and grapefruit.
