JAPA is an amber and arrogantly hoppy American Pale Ale.
The extensive use of American hops and Japanese Sorachi ace makes it unusual and intriguing. Explosive aromas of citrus and resin mingle with hints of exotic fruit and almond, while a strong bitterness creates space and is expertly balanced by a light caramel note.
The style crosses the line to fuse different flavours and worlds. Bitter and powerful, it pairs perfectly with medium-fat meats, cheeses and charcuterie.
