Beer description
The limited edition Jahrgangsbock 2024 is brewed with 7 different types of malt using the traditional decoction mashing process to give it a complex and versatile body. The beer was then fermented with an old top-fermenting yeast strain from a Belgian Trappist monastery, whose intense aroma is by no means hidden. The finish is unusually dry for this strength and makes you thirsty for more.
Due to its complex malt body and strength, this beer is perfect for lagering and maturing over a long period of time. This creates new, exciting aromas in the beer that are not known from "freshly drunk" beers. This process can take between half a year and 10+ years.
