The Ismaninger is a bottom-fermented, unfiltered light with a malty, mild taste. It is less bitter and with 4.7% alcohol slightly lighter than many other lager beers. A classic beer for everyone - and for true connoisseurs who appreciate a distinctive taste. The first 5000 liters were brewed and bottled in the Schlossbrauerei Au-Hallertau.
