This beer has been slowly matured in very special whiskey barrels from Islay. Absorbing all the deep flavours from the oak - spicy woodsmoke and peat, sea salt and burnt toffee - the beer adds its own rich, roasted flavour to create something as unforgettable as the island which inspired it.
