Beer description
With an alcohol content of 4.6% and an original gravity of 11.4 °P, it was launched in 2022 to coincide with the Christmas season: a traditional Irish red ale that we interpreted in a sour country style. English Maris Otter malt and continental caramel malt gave it its soft malt backbone, balanced with earthy English hops for a soothing finish.
