Beer description

New special brew. Suitable for the cold season the beer has a copper-red color. This is created through the use of special caramel and roasted malts. The balanced hop aroma is due to the combination of the old English varieties south-east of the British capital London. The Irish ale yeast gives the beer its final character. beer from the Irish ale yeast. Aroma profile: caramel, roasted aroma, fruity, floral. Malt: Sun malt, Munich malt, Cara Red, Cara Aroma, Carafa II. Hops: Fuggles, East Kent Goldings.
