Institution Ale - IPA

Our flagship beer and namesake, Institution IPA is our take on the classic West Coast IPA style. It has all the makeups of a great IPA - it's crisp, dry, bitter and bursting with hop flavor. A blend of old-school and new age hop varietals are used throughout the brewing process, giving Institution IPA a classic, yet modern interpretation of the style.
