Modern Italian Grape Ale brewed using 30 percent fresh Verdicchio must.
Brewed by blending the various production techniques studied in Italian Grape Ale created to date. Beer and wine wort are blended together creating a unique product that simultaneously brings out the facets of both. The chosen yeast produces an elegant and clean fermentation profile, giving fruity aromas of peach, apricot and intense floral sensations that enhance the drink.
On the palate, the high glycerol content creates unexpected smoothness smoothing out all the edges, while the final dryness due to the absence of residual sugar creates palatal cleanliness, such that this beer is dangerously drinkable.
It shows cloudy, straw-yellow color with white highlights to a creamy ivory foam.
