In addition to being fermented with a blend of Vermont, Saccharomyces Selvagem and Brettanomyces Clausenni yeasts, we use an aggressive load of American wild hops HBC-472, resulting in a delicious aroma and flavor of yellow fruits as well as a fascinating and indescribable profile of bourbon and coconut .
