Cranberry Primo is a Gose style ale, kettle soured with Lactobacillus from Omega Yeast in Chicago, brewed with 2-Row, Golden Wheat, and Himalayan Pink Salt. Then added cranberry puree to make a tart, refreshing, bready, slightly salty beer, fitting for all Thanksgiving celebrations!
