Beer description
India Red Lager starts with a relatively simple base malt profile, before undergoing a long, cold, seven-week lager conditioning period to ultimately finish clean and snappy.
It takes inspiration from classic west coast IPAs with a chewy, malty body, before launching into a modern hop tweak of Nelson Sauvin and Sabro that provides dank, piney hop character mixed with mango and lime. It finishes with a moreish dryness and just enough bitterness that it keeps you coming back for more.
