This QDH Hornindal DIPA is a transatlantic collab between Zaungast and Slaughterbrew.
Hops: Azacca Cryo, el Dorado, Galaxy, Citra, Citra Incognito, Mosaic.
Together we've created an absolute beast of a hazy DIPA: Quadruple dryhopped, double- whirlpooled and fermented with Hornindal Kveik, we found a way to thiolize this monster through proper Biotransformation.
