Beer description
A blended Imperial Stout Aged for 2 years in Port, Cognac, and Brandy Barrels. Then aged on Cacao Nibs and Saigon Cinnamon Chips as well as a small dose of Ancho and Pastilla Chile's. The result is a sweet aromatic aromas of Chocolate, Molasses, Vanilla, Brown Sugar and Caramel that play with woody oak and cinnamon spice. Subtle stone fruit and nutty flavors finish with a pleasant warmth for the Chile's and Alcohol.
