Birra Impavida - Tropic Thunder

The light, almost straw yellow color of this beer turns to a beautiful iridescent gold thanks to the pronounced haze typical of the style. Protected by a white, creamy foam, we find unmistakable aromas of mango and passion fruit, closely followed by a bouquet of yellow-fleshed fruits and distant hints of herbs on the finish. The smooth grain base gives the palate a rounded body, and the restrained but lingering bitterness supports the richness of tropical fruit promised by the aroma. What can I say? A perfect storm.
