Range - Illusion 2

Illusions II is the fourth release of our barrel-aged stout program. Illusions II blends Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout from Cape Byron Whisky barrels and Walrus Distillery Rum Barrels, with tiramisu, vanilla, and a hint of orange zest. The macadamia, pear, and biscotti notes from Cape Byron meld perfectly with the tiramisu and vanilla, while the spice and sweetness from the Walrus barrels compliment the orange zest perfectly. Fresh espresso on the nose, with strong wafts of fresh whisky barrel and vanilla oak. The mouthfeel is slick and smooth, and allows the unique blend of flavours to find every corner of the palate.
