Beer description
Halfway between an American west coast style IPA and an east coast style IPA, this beer uses the Irish word Idir, or 'between', to capture the essence of its location among IPA styles. We just think it is a great IPA.
The massive dry hop addition into this beer imparts a strong stone fruit aroma with the slightest touch of pine. Uses Simcoe, Strata, and Amarillo hops,
