Beer description
Some say the Champaign of Ciders. This little ditty [whatever that is] is super simple. Great cider and some carbonation. This is a dry cider, similar to a brut Champaign with all the bubbles. It’s tough to tell the difference if you put them in a Champaign flute [notice i used the word flute there], but the similarity ends there, especially if you drink it out of a plastic cup like at the Cidercade. We’re not pretentious and we don’t hold our pinky out when we drink it. You won’t see anyone holding it up in the air and admiring it in the light, mostly because it’s in plastic, but really because we all know it’s a dang good and you don’t have to extend your pinky and talk in some high fluent accent to drink it. After all, we make our cider for the people and against the grain. No judgement here.
