Basqueland - Hydra

Hydra, the mythological creature with 7 heads, lends its name to this beer of added complexity and surprising results. Crafted with barley and oat malts, along with barley flakes, oats, and wheat for a giant and dense body. To further enhance its unique character, we’ve carefully added hops at different stages of the brewing process. Starting with a whirlpool of Vic Secret, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin hops, and elevating the aromatic profile with an experimental dry-hop technique featuring Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7, Vic Secret, and Mosaic. Hydra smells of fresh pineapple, candied orange, peach in syrup, and green gooseberry. It’s sweet and full-bodied on the palate. A legendary Triple IPA.
