Beer description
AKA House Wheat(?) a slightly lighter and cleaner take on a classic hefeweizen. This is truly the beer of summer. Served in the proper glassware with a slight orange garnish. Instead of banana and clove, expect aromas of strawberry, citrus and apricot. 50/50 pils/wheat, lightly hopped and fermented with a clean german ale strain in our open fermentors that really highlight the malt.
