Beer description

Violet is the first in a series of 100% oak fermented sour and wild ales. This brew was fermented with a mix of traditional and wild yeasts as well as souring bacteria. It sat in barrels for roughly a year and was fermented on 20 lbs. of blueberry per bbl.
