Golden, floral, and subtly tart, this traditionally fermented sour ale blossomed over the course of several months, resulting in a thirst-quenching twist on a classical Gose. Rose petals, jasmine, and lotus flowers mingle with pink Inca salt, creating an aromatic bouquet with a hint of brine.
