Horizont Brewing - Winter Royalty

Our Christmas beer this year was a Red IPA, in which we added a nice dose of rosehips and tossed it with Ernest hops. The base is a smash Red IPA, brewed with Red X malt, then spiced with rosehip to make the color even more vibrant and the flavor even more exciting. The Ernest hops give it a red-berry, earthy flavor, along with the enhanced rosehip flavor notes. The end result is a truly festive beer special, whether you give it as a gift to your loved ones or yourself, it's definitely a good choice!
