Beer description
We wanted to include a grain wine made from a very special grain among this year's items, so we chose triticale. Triticale juice was created by crossing wheat and rye, the version that is still known and used today has existed since the 1950s. Of course, part of the basic triticale wine was poured into Gemenc Whiskey barrels, in which triticale whiskey had previously rested. And the remaining grain wine was rested in Bourbon barrels, and this magical batch highlighting the unique taste of triticale juice was born from the blend of the two.
