Horizont Brewing - Night Shift 2023 RIS Tennessee Whiskey

With this batch, we have returned to the roots of the original Night Shift when we brewed the first version of this beer in 2016. At the time, we had no idea where his journey would lead. In 2018, the first barrel-aged version was completed, starting the long journey, of which we have now arrived at another station. It has enjoyed unbroken popularity ever since, and every year we polish it a little to make it even more perfect and even silkier. The 2024 version returns to the beginning, when it was matured only and exclusively in Tennessee Whiskey barrels. No spices, just the barrel, malt and hops, a real classic. The base beer is the same as the 2023 version, but it rested in barrels for 2 years.
