Horizont Brewing - Cashmere Shores

With the Canadian Willibald brew, we finalized one of our best projects this year during Budapest Beer Week. You guys and I knew from the beginning that we wanted to brew a West Coast IPA, and no, not just because we love it, but because you guys do too. :D Yes, this is one of the most popular styles at the moment, the whole world is a fan of a good West Coast with a great sipping sensation. And we put a shovel on it, so yes, it has everything a good WC IPA should have. Malty crispness, hoppy bitterness, and an incredibly pleasant tastebud conquer you with every sip. The combo of Citra, Cashmere and Columbus hops creates a heavenly, refreshingly citrusy, floral, slightly piney flavor that takes you very nicely on a journey of up to 440 milliliters. And of course, that's why it's worth buying more of it, so that it doesn't get snapped up quickly.
