Hordeum Era

Hordeum Era is a craft beer inspired by the Belgian Strong Ale beers, it is creamy and sweet with a fruity spicy aroma, a clear scent of cloves and exotic fruits. A full-bodied beer with a long and citrus ending flavour and a perceptible, though moderate, bitter taste. It is recommended combined with Bucatini pasta (large hollow spaghetti) with cheese and pepper, 4-cheese pizza, grilled red meat, scallops au gratin, flavourful cheeses. A service temperature of 6-7° C is recommended.
