Beer description
Inspired by Belgium's white beers but without the presence of wheat. Fresh and light beer characterized by the presence of spelt and rye. The typical scents are those of the spices used at the end of the boiling of the wort (orange peel and coriander) balanced by the toasted notes conferred by the spelt.
