Hopworks Blueberry Milkshake IPA

No brain freeze here – this milkshake IPA has a velvety texture from an abundance of wheat and oats, along with berry-forward Galaxy and Vic Secret hops for flavor and aroma. We fermented the beer on mounds of blueberries and added lactose for extra body and sweetness. Pineapple, Tangerine, and Spruce blend well with the silky smooth body of this IPA.
