It is collaboration with GloryBee honey. Belgian-Style beer made entirely with organic ingredients, including malted wheat, rye, and GloryBee clover honey. Organic red clover blossoms were added in the hop back instead of hops, giving the beer a complex floral aroma and flavor. At 9.5% abv, it’s warming on the back end as the honey rounds off the palate.
