Beer description
Produced in collaboration with Le Cadoret [Paris XIV] and La ferme de Bonneval [Tarn et Garonne], this Gose with Quercy pepper reveals a beautiful, slightly veiled straw yellow color.
On the nose, the chili pepper is fully expressed on the freshness of the fruit, but also and more finely on the spicy side that characterizes the cayenne pepper.
This duality is found in the mouth from the attack, carried by a sapid salinity, all supported by a silky texture.
A thirst-quenching beer with character!
