Beer description
We really wanted to create a bright, light smoothie that reminds us of the sun and warm lands as much as possible. Especially when the holidays are over and we have to plunge into harsh winter days again.
To create it, we used 75 kg of mango and apricot puree, and about 30 kg of passion fruit puree. In the proportional ratio of fruit to beer, it is approximately 1 to 4.
