The Hoppe has once again teamed up with the Little cider plant from the Isarwinkel region and produces juice from apples and pears in the region. This juice then went into the Hoppebräu and was fermented with yeast in the tank. Then it was sweetened with birch sugar to be able to describe it as "medium dry". The cider is dry, fruity and fresh and always makes you want another sip.
